Instructions

  1. Cut meat
  2. Mince garlic then smash and mix with water and seasoning sauce
  3. Add garlic mixture to meat and mix
  4. mix and add dry seasoning
  5. Marinate for 1 hour
  6. Dehydrate for 4 hours
  7. Add oil then Heat pan for 5 mins on low heat
  8. Cook each side for about 30 seconds to a min while pressing down with a spatula to make sure all parts are cooked
