  1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: both rice flours, sugar, salt, black sesame
  2. Add the wet ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
  3. Place the flower mold in the oil as it heats up and heat oil to 330F
  4. Carefully take the mold out of the oil and dip it in the better for a few seconds and then put it in the hot oil and shake it a few times until it falls off.
  5. Fry for 2-3 mins and repeat.
